I love tawilis especially with ,,,Then Chef Bruce Lim and Cheska made a star sandwich which Cheska’s own superstar daughter, Kendra, loved!And in the episode where I was a guest, Chef Rosebud Benitez taught me how to make a Fish with Pineapple Papillote! After sharing my own Bangus belly recipe aka open relleno at the launch event HERE, this papillote recipe may just be another easy alternative for our family dining table. I know the term "papillote" sounds somewhat intimidating, but through Chef Rosebud, I learned that “papillote” simply means “to cook in parchment”. Mommies, this can be one of those "pang impress" dishes that are simple and quick but looks like you had to go to culinary school for. Ha!
