Bensimon, From Paris to Manila

Never expected to arrive at this dainty cafe in "Paris" just by driving from home to McKinley Hill in BGC. Thanks to my dear friends and longtime Creative Juice clients, Terry SA, I was invited to this special evening which transported all guests to a dream destination for the night.Ammiel de Leon, Brand Development Group Director of Terry SA, tells members of the media about what was to be their newest contribution to the Philippine fashion scene. While what he is about to announce was no longer a surprise to me, I still shared in Ammiel's excitement, knowing how Terry SA's first brand, Havaianas, took the Philippines by storm.Straight from Paris to our shores, we witnessed the launch of another brand that will surely find itself on every Filipino's feet. It's called Bensimon.Bensimon is a 30-year old French sneaker brand created by Serge and Yves Bensimon. It's classic design is meant to embody the Parisian love of life, a snippet of which we experienced that evening. Oui!They're functional yes, and fun to dress up and dress down.
